Iuliana joined UNIQA Raiffeisen Software Service in 2011 as a Resource Coordinator, being appointed one year later the Team Leader of the Enterprise Content Management department, which she led with passion and commitment.
In 2014 Iuliana became the Group Leader of the BPMS & DMS team of software engineers, additionally overtaking in 2016 the Managing Director position with great enthusiasm.
Prior to being part of our company, she worked at Bombardier Transportation as General Ledger Expert and at Bancpost Bank as Group Sales Officer.
Iuliana holds two Masters, one in Business Administration and the other one in Audit & Accounting at the Babes-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca. From the same university she got also two Bachelor Degrees in Computer Science and International Economic Relations.
Ionuţ Pârv's professional career started in Software Development in 2004. In 2006 he was hired among the 7 developers which formed the initial team of Syntegra (the first company name, re-branded in 2010 to UNIQA Raiffeisen Software Service as it is known today). Since then, within this company, he has developed into several development, leadership and management roles.
In late 2012, Ionuţ overtook an executive position into the UNIQA Raiffeisen Software Service nearshoring venture and committed to further developing the company into a best-in-class IT services provider.
Ionuț Pârv has a Bachelor and a Master Degree in Computer Science from "Babes-Bolyai" University in Cluj-Napoca.

Raul has joined us in April 2014, first as a Business Analyst in the DMS team, and he later became a Project Manager. He has grown within the company, as a Business Analyst and now as a Project Manager and Unit Manager, working closely with many stakeholders from Austria, Romania and UNIQA International, as well as outside stakeholders like Raiffeisen-Informatik and others.
The team he currently leads has people working in different areas, such as: Development, Business Analysis, Project Management, Quality Management, Release Management, Resource Management, Test Management, Incident Management etc.
Raul has a Bachelor’s in Management and a Master’s in Risk Management, having previously worked for 4 years for BRD-Groupe Societe Generale. He is also a Certified Business Analysis Professional ®.
Starting as a COBOL developer in 2006, Alex rapidly advanced as a Team Leader of the Back-Office team (COBOL, Natural, SAP). In 2014, together with the new UITS, Alex was appointed as local Unit Manager and ADM Policy Admin 1.2 Group Leader after successfully passing the Assessment Center organized for all managing positions.
Alex has a double specialization in mathematics and computer science and a Master in International Management, plays basketball and football and is married since 2012. He is also our Event manager, taking care of our Team buildings, Football tournaments and Christmas Party.

Virgil started with the company in April 2006, as it was founded, and worked as a Java web developer.
In 2007 he became Team Leader of a Java development team and expanded his team up to 25 people. Besides that he is also responsible for the company's technical infrastructure.
Virgil has a Bachelor in Computer Science and a Masters in E-business studied abroad. Before joining the company he worked for 7 years in the IT industry as a software developer for various companies.
